As a family run firm we believe it is important to give back to our community.  In September 2022 we opened the doors to the Force Contracts Academy at the Sheffield College. At the Academy we deliver the employer engagement element of the Level 3 Plumbing qualification which helps the next generation of local plumbers gain vital knowledge and experience.  Our staff also regularly attend secondary schools and specialist education units as part of the ‘See It Be It’ sessions to help inspire the next generation to get involved in a career in HVAC.  We sponsor an up and coming professional female boxer Ellie Hellewell whose dedication to her sport reflects our own continuous improvement journey. We collect food for our local foodbanks every Xmas, we’ve donated palettes to primary schools to make bug hotels and we raise money for various charities throughout the year.
